for me its red wine and some chocolate- a few crackers when i need a bit of a crunch.. but i am trying to stick to the plan because i need to get to my goal...:-)

WOW- that is a terrible experience indeed. I would definitely put that in writing to the surgeon directly, so that they can make the necessary changes to avoid this to happen to somoene else. I had Surgery in Juarez, Mexico (Dr Rod) and my experience was really great. There were plenty of staff and my meds were brought to me around clock. I personally cannot recommend him and their team at StarMedica enough. I hope that reaching your goals will get you over this experience. Best of Luck!!

sometime i read some folks that cant get more than 2 bites in, even after a year out.. others can eat half the burger.. I can eat more than alot of ppl i know with the sleeve.. i try to stick to the 2-3oz at a time.. -

Carbs, Carbs, Carbs... they just creep op on you.. on most days i have about 60-80g.. rarely can i just make the 40g carb rule.. anyone else struggling with this??
