    Hi, I'm 5 days post op and I'm suppose to only drink my protein shake, clear liquids and sugar free pops. Do you think I could try strained soups. I have been struggling, diarrhea, feeling sick, smelling the hospital at home which also makes me sick. I broke down yesterday because I had such an awful headache. Help with any suggestions. The stomach pain in finally getting better.
