Ok so I get no coffee but today I have a 13 work day and tomorrow will be 4weeks post op:) I had 3 oz is this going to hurt me?

Ok so day 10 when I was put on that scale prior to my surgery my 3week pre op diet helped me losse 19 pounds:) Got on the scale today and I have lost 21 pounds? Is this real? Am I in a dream? WTF!!!!! I am lost for words is this really happening? All my 40 years on this earth I have been large??????

Well my friends I got it done yesterday at 1:10pm I'm sitting in my bed at the hospital and all I have to say is that was crazy!!!!! I'm in a ton of pain but I am so happy it is done and guess what this is really my rebirth!!!!!!!!! I'll post details when I'm less high -

Girl I have to do this for 3 weeks!!!!!! Talk about HELL! I'm on day 10 and I guess the fight in my head is done:) I'm thinking about food 50% of the day vs 150% Look I hand 2 days that I ate 4oz of white grilled chicken (each day) and I just cut out the calories from my protien shakes:) was that the smart thing to do I dont know all I do know is that was better then going crazy and eating a pizza!

Lucky:) I am doing the surgery May12th and I got blessed with a 3 week liquid diet:( So sad! I'm on day 6 and OMG it really hard:( -
I am so happy to find this forum!!!!!!!! I feel like I'm going crazy! This is day 5 and I am going nuts!!! I think it's getting better but I had to add the broth for dinner and some veggies (Dr. recommend)
