I have been reading all the post. I am having surgery June 20th @ Jerusalem Hospital. I am self-pay and I have no other choice. My patient coordinator is Louise Johnson. Is anyone else going at the same time? I am nervous, but the weight is going to kill me. I have got to have this tool to help me achieve my goal. Excited and scared.... Ginger
