this is normal! i went back to work after 3 weeks, and my pants were STILL too tight. i refused to buy new ones in a larger size. i wore big shirts & would unbutton my jeans LOL! -

i was sleeved on 5/24. it took me over a week to go to the bathroom. it will happen. i think that everything you're feeling is normal. i ate whole popcicles--a lot of them. they tasted better that anything else. also, my incision pain was horrible, but it gets better every day. i am still sore, and i am 3 weeks out. it will get better! -

i was sleeved on the same day as you. i had my period about a week after my surgery. it was actually lighter than normal. my nurse told me that my period might be out-of-whack for a while. i don't think that you should worry. good luck. -
Unless you're allergic, aren't shrimp and Scallops a great protein

i just finished making shrimp salad a few minutes ago. so good! last week, i boiled a handful of shrimp & brought them to work for lunch. -
i was sleeved on 5/24. i have been having a hard time, too (not as bad as you, though). i throw up every other day or so. i know that it will get better, and i hope your new meds work for you soon. good luck.

How can you tell that you've eaten enough? Is it when you belch? This sounds crazy, but I don't know when to stop. I feel restriction about halfway through my meal, and I think that there's no way that my stomach is that small...so I eat until it hurts. I am in no way over eating--my meals are 1/4 to 1/2 a cup. Any advice??
