Starting PT following my skin surgery. No pool or fishing for another 6wks. I hope the striped bass run late this year!

Hunting season hasn't started here yet. It starts the week before Thanksgiving.

Valentina, I start PT tomorrow, too. Maybe we can commiserate together at the end of the day! Do you have to do PT to keep adhesions from forming under the incision sites?
That's it and to stabilize my spine and strengthen my core----whatever the hell all of that is.
