This is very important in the dieting world and nobody talks about it. Yes we will be restricted in our VSG diets but we should also pay attention to what foods will be good for our blood type. E.G. A, B, AB or O. Sometimes what may be permitted for our VSG may not actually be good for us. Hi. Am 14 day post surgery. I got it in Mexico and live in Canada. So I must find a doctor to follow up maybe. IS AN XRAY OF YOUR STOMACH POST SURGERY NECESSARY???
