My name is Courtney and I am 33 years old. I have a wonderful husband and three amazing kids. Joshua is 10, Cameron will be 8 next Sat and Miss Audrey is 19 months. I had the vertical sleeve done on March 16, 2011 in Gonzales, LA by Dr. Andrew Hargroder. Today makes four weeks and I am down 31 pounds and feel amazing!!
