Hi. I had the vertical sleeve on March 9, 2011. I started out at 183.5 and as of today which is a month after surgery, I am down 18 pounds. I have done well except I am having trouble getting the protien I need each day and drinking enough water is also hard. I am excited to say I am in clothes I haven't been able to wear in about 1-1/2 years. Very excited to see what i look like next month.
