I had my VSG on March 16, 2011. I thought that I was doing well with the weight loss and I've been at a stall for the past week. Its so frustrating. I went from 251 down to 239 and the scale has not moved. I'm currently on the mush diet, getting in my protein shakes and even started back at the gym. I've read through the different threads and I guess I'm just at the "3 week stall".
