My Dr told me 4 weeks for cardio, but 6 for any kind of lifting. I am only 8 days out and already walking 2 miles I say do what you can tolerate with cardio

I had them day 2 and was still in the hospital and they gave me benadry and it helped me relax the muscles -
I am 7 days post op and have been feeling great, but today I am so full I can barely tolerate anything. Any suggestions?
