No, don' go for the bypass! Too many problems such as mal absorption, dumping, bleeding. These are not problems with the sleeve. Push for the sleeve. Write, post, ask when "they" are going to realize that it is in the best interest of the economy to allow a safer, less expenisive surgery that also costs less in the long run. Sharra
