Yes I saw all of them. Am back in the states now and navigating my food dom... no easy task but water is safe and am drinking lots of it. No pains when I gulp the drinks and no nausea!!!

Hi Ally. I have a low BMI (bariatric surgery qualification) too. Not in the 200lb region and also want to lose 50lbs. So you are not alone. Do you know the procedure you are having? Lapband or VSG?
