hehehehe i get that alot i went into a vacation with a friend so we mostly eat every from different restaurant i usually just order an appetizer or eat few bites from my friend's plate and i never order drinks so the waiter is usually confused about it all and ofc the classical weird look on their faces when i order tiny pieces of chicken nuggets or mashed potato and leaving most of it in the plate xD sometimes they check if the food is good wondering why u only ate 1/4 of it cause i usually eat the Protein portion of the plate ( salmon, chicken breast) leaving the carbs or vegs

i understand your situation but sometimes you gotta be strong and just do things yourself , trust your gut my bf was 100% against it , my family were opposing in every way i just kept reading people success stories and how they handle themselves during the tough period it was easier that away i went to my appointment by myself , done the surgery and now almost 5 months out ,, just myself its nice to have someone who understand your reasons and empathize but at the end it's just you ! fighting temptations and overcoming the long journey am happy that your daughter will be there for you bless her and all the best

i definitely noticed some changes in my relationship with x-bf we just broke up 2 weeks ago .. i met him at my heaviest and he made it clear he liked me for my curves ive always been attracted to tiny/skinny guys, i cannot imagine myself with a guy taller or thicker than me but all in all, the last thing on my mind comes how heavy or fit is the guy when am dating him ,, it's my type of personality i just shy away from how his body look

Congratz this made me happy and yes for the cheap jeans, i got new ones 2 weeks ago and now they sag and slide all the time will have to depend on cheap cloth till i reach my goal weight

2 months post op i started loosing alot of hair i understand it's temporary, and i'd 100% prefer to be healthy than to keep my beautiful silky black hair hopefully am keeping up with the Protein, multi-vit and Biotin =( RIP my beloved hair

i waited 4 weeks to start dancing again and 6 weeks for belly dancing ( i did cheat a little for few mins ) but since your are using your abs,, you would be better waiting for 6 weeks till everything heal well cheers

my surgeon said no coffee no alcohol after surgery !! that's it i had de-caffeinated 2 weeks post op it went well but tasted bad i started coffee again 2 months post op, since i just need it otherwise id sleep all day i think am fine ,, just have to drink more Water

i think for me it was the collection of tiny reasons which made me think about it ive always been heavy but when i started med school i went crazy with food i just eat through those 6 years,, and gained almost 80 pounds, it was crazy people kept telling me to loose weight in every social occasion, i felt isolated , less going out every time i diet i only manage 10 pounds and i give up ive been dieting for the past 4 years , not being able to enjoy food neither loosing weight =( i felt horrible about food , it was my best friend , my comfort .. almost sound like i was bulimic ( i had pinged alot ) and i had to take control over my life i wanted to look healthier , happier, younger enjoy a day at the beach ,, eat till am full without the constant nagging guilt and not being super sensitive about what people think about me

i had the same thoughts with my BF we met and he fell in love with me when i was at my heaviest he loved my curves and was always telling me to be confident in my own skin i was worried about loosing weight , being less attractive to him etc.. now am half way through, i feel the relationship getting so much colder he does notice my body changing, am kinda sensitive when he tells me " wow ! ur boobs R gone " .. although he encourage me sometimes to work on my tummy ,, since he hates saggy skin =( i guess am super sensitive towards his comments about my body about work and friends ! WOW! major shock .. my friends are changing , i lost some and gained some old ones werent happy about my new " Healthier" life style new ones are impressed about my weight loss and at work, most people didnt even used to notice me now they are greet me and kinda comment about me looking younger and happier i dont care about those though,, most of them are just superficial i just keep telling myself am much happier now , am in control of my life =)

i buy mine from a small shop beside the gym i went to GNC , but there prices is almost triple the ones online ! am sooo not buying there anymore for the Vitamins , i only take Centrum my surgeon said there is no need for anything else am doing some labs after 3 months just to check on calcium & vit D and yeahhh i take B12 shot every 3 months it's super hard to find your supplement here i wonder if i should order them online

No idea! i see you linked from Souq website ,, i live in uae and last time i went to buy my Proteins,, the salesman told me to watch out most of the proteins we got here are made in JabalAil ( even though it has its original brand) ,, and to not trust the values of their fat/carbs contents since then am super scared about my proteins i cant wait to get to solid food and start taking my proteins from actual food
