I am 3 wks. post op and so far I am doing great!....First thing you have to get your mind set...because your old way of eating is not going to ever be the same! I have lost a good bit of weight so far but am not weighting til i go to the dr. nxt wk. for my 1 mo. post op. You won't be sorry......I am glad I did it!! just make sure you stay hydrated and walk as soon as your awake enough to do it! Melynda
