I went to the docotr yesterday to get a fill. All he would give me was .1. Seems like a waste of $85 if you ask me. I have only had one meal since then so I am not sure about the restriction yet.

Congrats Sue! I am sure you look great! Sounds like you had a great day! That is funny about your dentist giving you free whitening. I notice now that I have no "chins" to criticize in pics that my teeth look a little yellow. Isn't that funny, we always have to find something to be critical about to ourselves.

Why can I not say "NO" to sweets. I teach pre-k part time................Valentine's parties galore today. This is so rediculous! You would think I could say "NO" by now. MelissaO- Congrats on the LB NSV. I think I will still be there until after my TT. I will thank the kids for that one! (like it's their fault) HA!

    Weight Gain May 2007 Bansters

An example of a day for me would be: B-Protein shake (8oz. 1% milk, 1 scoop body flex protein, 1 banana) L-1 can tuna in water drained 1T lite miracle whip, 5 wheat crackers S-fruit or granola bar for snack D-1/3 grilled chicken breast, small salad, spoonful of veggies S-100cal. candy bar My days don't always go this good, but I really try to do this most of the time. I am going in for a fill on the 20th, so this will decrease a bit after that.

I personally like trendy. I could see you being preppy w/ maybe some highlights. What else can guys do? Ladies change hairstyles, get nails done, tan, etc................... Just a thought!

Moments like that are great. It is like we have a "fat girl" mentality. I may become addicted to shopping because for so long nothing fit, and I would over-buy for my kids to compensate. Now I buy for me. I bought some misses 18s last night at Ross! MISSES! We are so blessed to live in a day and time where we have great tools like the band. Sometimes I catch myself freaking a little when I get rid of stuff. Like what if I get big again??? Like I said-fat girl mentality.
  9. Dr. JLo- First of all, I admire your work that I have seen on Big Medicine. I am such a fan! I have carried twins for 38 weeks (6.4 lbs. each), 19 months later had another c-section, all while having a pre pragnancy weight of 245. Needless to say I have quite an "apron". I feel comfortable with the way the rest of my body is shaping up through exercise. Okay so maybe I want some implants too. I have told myself that I wanted to be 170 before seeking out a PS. I am 5"5" and in a 18 (because I have to tuck in my stomach in my pants). The rest of me looks like a normal person now. It is hard to feel good about this much weightloss when I see that apron everytime I look in the mirror. How much weight in skin can be removed during a TT. When should I seek out a PS in your opinion? Can you recommend someone in DFW for a self pay? Thank you so much!

I still can't get my pictures to post, but my avatar picture is from two nights ago when we went out for our anniversary. NSV- My husband said we were walking to the table at Texas Roadhouse and we walked by a table and he saw some guy look me up and down. He said it was the wierdest feeling. He's not use to that, neither am I. He said it was a guy a little older than us (not some old gross dude). I was flattered!

Way to go Manatee! Okay, I can not just have a taste. I may have a smaller piece than the old days, but not just a bite. I have been thinking of food all the time for about a week now...............I will call in the morning to get an appt for a fill. I don't like my life revolving around food all of the sudden.

Great Job Manatee! I can't imagine being 180. You must feel like a new you! How has your skin rebounded? I am hitting the gym hard. The muscles are getting tight under the extra skin, I am just wondering what kind of hope I have after the next 30 comes off.

I have found that my band has ruined quite a few addictions for me like that. You just don't look at certain foods the same way after you have spent 30 minutes slimming them up. Oh Well! I would much rather have the life I have now. It is true what they say "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" I am by no means "thin" yet. But I still get it!

Yes, it was me. Thanks so much for them. They are too big now. But I got some use out of them for a few months. It totally depends on the cut of the pants, as to what size I wear. I can't wait until I can fit into a 18 in the normal department. I will have so many more options then. I like about an inch more before I can button that size. A Lane Bryant 18 fits good now.

See we are all so different............I am 5'5" and 204 and a tight 18. Yet my top is XL. It is all in my apron, that I have to "tuck in". My legs and arms look like a skinny persons. Just the belly!

Old Navy also has an additional half off of their clearance prices. I bought a few long sleeve shirts for 3.50 each. Fun! Shopping has never been quite as fun as this.
