Had the sleeve 3 weeks ago and I'm really tired everyday. The past 2 nights I have not been sleeping well and have had to get up to eat some apple sauce for my stomach because I was having hunger pangs.

I am very tired and I'm 3 weeks out but my children's vitamins do have iron in them. I am taking 2 a day. I have no energy I have to make myself get up and go for a walk. Any other suggestions?
