Have you talked with the dr. pr staff? I'm somewhat scared amongst trying to get me passport in order. I know last minute but they would not accept my birth certificate because it was a short form now i need to take off to get the long form to complete the process. But they also told me that the receipt was be sufficient to go across the border.
