At my local Walmart they were in long open top freezers not the glass ones with doors. I think there was another brand of stuffed chicken breasts like cordon bleu but the Sams choice looked better!

Fat grams is 9 for 1 breast. The jalapeno was a lil spicy so i mixed hidden valley ranch in greek yogurt to dip it in too. Moistens it up a bit more and cools the hot/spicy somewhat.

It is aggravating after sitting and waiting forever, then everyone making things as complicated as they possibly can to add to an already stressful situation. Sorry you're going thru this and hope you get it resolved soon!

Walmart carries some flavors of the torani sf syrups like caramel, vanilla, choc, but the sf white choc sauce i bought at amazon. I am sure other places carry it too. Usually in coffee section.

I have torani sf chocolate, da vinci sf kahlua, and torani sf white chocolate sauce that i can do this with for an occasional treat that i bought when i found out i was diabetic. The white choc sauce one may still have carbs tho. Theres many many flavors out there.

It can also be the sleeve spasms. Sometimes you can try different temperature fluids like warm tea. Some sleeves just don't like cold temps at first.

It seems my midsection is taking the longest to shrink too. The place I need to shrink the most!! Maybe its just not as noticable if it's the thickest part. I can definitely tell behind the steering wheel that there is much more space between my tummy and the steering wheel.
