Have you seen these Sam's Choice Stuffed Chicken Breasts at Walmart? They come 2 in a pkg and have flavors like 3 cheese and jalepeno, pepperjack and swiss-american cheeses bacon, swiss cheese, crimini & button mushrooms. They are 34-37 grams of protein and 3-4 grams carb for 1 piece. I can make 2 meals out of 1 breast but they are tastey to me while others in my house were indulging in pizza. I did not feel deprived and went down well for me. They weren't dry. Just wanted to share this!

You can add stuff like benefiber to your shakes. Theres several brands, and they don't change the taste at all. A lot of ppl use Miralax i think. -

:welcome: Hi, congrats on your decision to get sleeved! I went to Dr Kelly and had a wonderful experience!! It was just amazing how smoothly everything went. I love Dr Kelly, he is very skilled and professional, but at the same time friendly, caring, and down to earth. I would recommend anyone to him. My sis went with me and was amazed at how well my sleevesisters and I did. She may go back at a later time to be sleeved as well. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Good luck and keep me updated!

Is runny mashed potatoes or runny refried beans ok for your full liquid stage? Adding greek yogurt ups the protein to everything too, you can add it to these as well as soups. Might be more satisfying and keep you fuller longer. You take prilosec or something for acid right? Acid can cause false hunger

Men and women look so different at the same weight, so it would be difficult for a guy to say they think you would look best at ____ lbs. I too think he just threw a # out there because you asked again. If you look and feel good at 150 lbs then maintain that. He probably wouldn't know or care that you werent 130. I have NO CLUE what to set as my own goal because I've been big for so long, and my hubby has only known me bigger. So if I can't figure out yet where I might be happy and healthy yet, then I am not going to expect him to be able to even begin to guess. Lol

I think my post op guidelines said to avoid first wk if causes acid reflux. But with everything else, all drs are different with this. Caffeine actually decreases my appetite rather than increases it and helps me in the bathroom lol.

Using marijuana before and after?
KellyL replied to 420gal's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I don't know what vaporizing it means but as Foxbins says, theres the munchies thing to consider. May not be a problem as long as you munch on protein stuff though lol :hippie: -
