I'm so sorry you're having problems. I have heard it's really difficult to find the "sweet spot" with the band. I hope it works out for you to get a revision to the sleeve. Don't feel like a failure, a lot of folks have to revise to sleeve. I think you will find a lot of support here. -
Not necessary to call the dr unless you begin to have leak symptoms, like abdominal pain, or fever. But please be careful and follow your drs post op guidelines for your safety. If you chewed really well, you are probably ok. Don't let yourself get extremely hungry before eating, in the beginning I ate pretty often. I think every 2-3 hrs.

Tony stick with it, the pre-op diet was the hardest part for me! But sf popsicles really saved me. I got my ticker at tickerfactory.com. It gives you a code to put in your signature. There are other sites that you can get tickers as well. Good luck!!!

getting off of the PPIs

I have stopped my PPI to see how things go without it. I am.3 mo post op now. I stopped a couple of wks ago too. I haven't noticed any acid, nausea, or increased hunger yet. I was concerned about vitamin absorption as well. So far so good, no problems!! -

How much protein do u get in daily? Are you taking Biotin? It may help with regrowth. I am only 3 mo post op. Beginning to see a little loss of hair. I hope I won't lose much! -
