its been 53 days and not one pound..is this it... It's been alittle over 9 months since my surgery and I've lost about 110 pounds and I know thats a huge gift but I still hvae about 60-70 pounds I need to loose and since the beggining of Jan I haven't lost anything and I'm upset that this could be it. anyone going through the same thing here

My Day consists pretty much of any were from 70-80g of protien and I try not to go over 40-50 carbs a day . I really honestly feel I am still on track when it comes to my intake I don't even cheat and I get tons of water in daily I just can't seem to make the scale move...I have thought of going back to a liquid diet for a week to see if I can shock myself into loosing again..I just dont know what to try next. Thx all for your responces
