Well, it's been 5 days since my surgery. All was great until I had the barium swallow test. I just kept spitting up the barium. I did get enough down though for them to see that it was going down through my stomach (what little there was) and into the small intestine. After that test, I went back to my room and started my liquids. I could not keep them down. They got stuck in my esophagus and I kept spitting them back out.
