When did you start your exercise and how much? I am two weeks post op, and have not started any type of exercise at this point.

Have you tried the Special K protein shakes? These come in strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate - they have been my favorite (they have 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of Fiber in each one).
