  3. Sleeve for me---- you hit it on the dot.. Ive been slacking on my vit. And currently taking no Iron pills( There coming in the mail from bariatric adv.) couldnt handle anything else.. Im slacking on vit. Cuz they sometimes make me sick. Especially B-1.. I've gotta get back on track... Thank you

    Calcium Pills

    I use the costco brand too, and feel the same way after. Even when taking B1 pills. I showed my Nut the costco brand calcium pills and she said they R perfect in everything we need. I have tried bariatric chews and still feel naseated after? I def. Have to have something in my stomach while taking my vitamins : /

    Holy acne!

    ME TOOOOOO!! Face and chest acne.. wash twice a day w- treatment. Nothing working.. My teenage son says now he knows where he gets his acne from?? HAHAHA

    Stairs post op

    I also have stairs in my home and it was a concern of mine so I brought it up to my surgeon. He actually encouraged me before I left the hospital to walk my stairs as part of my walking routine. He said it helps out alot more w- preventing blood clots because your using all movements in your legs.. Anyway walked my stairs and had no problems at all. Like mentioned above, it was getting in and out of bed that sucked..
  13. YEP i gained weight also. Its the Iv fluid. And any fluids you drank is being retained, because your body is in shock.

    I agree w- Caliblonde.. Thats what I did to loose my pre-op weight. Two shakes (protein) or I did lean shake from GNC. one for Breakfast then lunch and a reasonable dinner.. And Water WATER WATER.. I walked alot. Couldnt really handle much exercise @ 310..... YOU CAN DO IT!!!! BEST OF LUCK TO YEAH..

    Haha IM SO OPPOSITE! I would have said "BOO"!!! wouldnt have given them a chance at the 3rd stare : ) but I know what you mean, i get that too- but got it a hella of alot more BIG ( 310 ) eating out.. LOVE MY SLEEVE LIFE!!!
  18. Wow Tabithadian! WHAT SIZE BOOGIE DID YOUR SURGEON USE? I have been really thrilled w/my restriction. Not too much, not to little. Mine used a 40 oversewn. Maybe thats why some have different outcomes?! Really hope you start to feel better! Thats no way to live.

    Yeah thats what I was told too! Iron w/ calcuim. No good, its like taking no iron at all.
  21. Where can I get Melatonin? I am having same issues w/sleep. So glad to hear Im not the only one?! I was sleeved 6/27/11.

    Im taking: 2 Multi-vit. Break/Dinn 6 Calcium- 2 each meal D3- 1 a day B1- 1aday B12. 2a week Iron nightly Vomit, vomit, vomit, ---AT LEAST 3 x a week
