What's on your mind?On Tuesday I went and had my blood work and x-ray done so I can get my clearance on the 2nd. But I keep sitting here and feel like this is going no where. I am becoming so impatient. I just want everything to hurry up and get this show on the road. I know the 2nd is ONLY 6 days away, but 6 days is sooo far. haha. I have been trying to exercise as much as I can with out killing myself so the days pass faster, and I have been trying to do things to keep my mind off of it...

Today I went to see my primary care doctor so I can get my referal. He is running all my pre-op blood work and x-rays. I go in the next couple days to get that done. Then on Feb. 2nd I will go see him again to get my clearance and "here we come surgery!" I am soo excited to have it done. I have been already starting to cut back on food, and sweets, and trying to not drink when I eat and just trying to get myself out of old habits. I cant wait to see whats in store here in the ne...

This evening I went to my nutrition class and it was so great to hear what I should be expecting. I have given it sooo much thought over the last few days with a lot of research and speaking to people, I have decided that the VSG is the option for me. Thank you all for the support and feedback!
