Well....I am just dreading going to the bike shop....wants and money just dont get along....LOL They only sell Trek at my LBS too..so I will only be comparing there brand. Must make a trip to the bigger city to check theres out. Wonder if BG is ok??? She must be verrrrryyy busy!!!

jc.....I have only been out in a canoe a handfull of times, but this time, my husband said I was an ole' pro...LOL...pulled that boat right on into shore.... yea....lost my shoe...no where to be found....in the mudd!!! Yuck... I am sun burned and I love it that I wore my new bathing suit, and it actually looked half way decent.....I cant wait until next years.... JC....is this the week you go into surgery????????????? I will defiantly be thinking about you, and hope it all goes well. You be strong...and know we are all here backing you if you need us.... What a story D...have you realized there are some really rude people out on the roads???I know we do, and we also noticed it today while we had our canoe in the lake......interesting that is for sure...

Oh I am right with you....I have had soda's too this weekend.....I dont know what the deal is...if it would make me sick, it sure would help me not to drink another!!!!! I would love to have a huge....HUgE Ribeye steak...... See.....this is bad....so it is not just YOU... Hang in there...

I sure have been there....LOL...some days we think we can get out there and attack the world, and only end up with 10 ole miles.......but.....it was always more than I had been doing, so i just went on. Seats are soooo hard to get use to..I still dont think I like mine, but I am looking at changing to a road bike, so, no sense changing the seat any time soon.... I have not rode all weekend. We have been so busy with the new pup, and running my kids, we have not made the time. It is a shame too...been nice weather. So, we are taking the canoe to the lake today...we will see how that goes. It will be the first time out in the water with it......hope we dont sink. Now.... JC.....you rode how many miles??????????????????? Are you NUTS??? I bet it was awesome though.......I cannot imagine riding that long on good ole hybrid bike.....LOL J and D...I wish I had a better restriction at times.. B where you been this weekend??? BG....????? Good job Deanna.... I understand about the food, and being around it. I have a huge huge weakness for chicken(fried) oh my it is heaven....and I have a hard time at lunch going to the cafe with everyone.... Sometime I give in and eat it, but they are having baked on there now, and I love it.... Cool....I am glad you like your shorts. We need to get looking for me a bike..but money is not looking positve in my favor yet...so we will see. Hope it quits raining for ya!!!

hey JC...see you started the thread.... Havent heard you much over on the bike thread...my day has been pretty crappy. I hit a huge pipe and it wedges under neath my freakin tire and back axle. Not too happy..husband is even more pissed. Drank a MT dew tonight....need to quit that..... But anyway... Hope you are doing ok... T

were having a bad evening here at our house. I went to get some stuff in the truck tonight, and ran over a huge metal pipe in the road in front of our home. We ad the sheriff here, and it was wedged up behind my left tire into my axle, and broke the emergency break line, and almost punctured the gas tank. We had a local guy take a saw to it and broke it loose, and they were able to get out..we are not sure how much damage...but needless to say my husband is PISSED. So, no bike ride for me tonight....kinda sucked.. I am getting my new little Pom this weekend, which I am stoked about....she is a sweet heart.... There is a huge sale in Indianapolis this weekend on bikes. They are offering over 500 bikes for sale and it is make an offer. Oh well, I hate to buy one that far away...rather go to LBS. Hope everyone is well. Traci

d...how does you new bike shorts work for you???? Did you get womens or mens?? they have all diffrent kinds, I was looking last night at them.
