it all depends. I was riding every other night but work got in the way as did the weather. We were doing about 10-15 miles. And on weekends we go longer. I have been off bike since a week ago...kinda dreading the getting back on....know I will be hurting. What kind of bike do you ride??? Well. I am sorry to say I am off to bed. Talk at everyone later

I dont think a piece of toast is bad, and BG is right, we need to modify what we eat and eat normal. Of course that does not mean a chicken bucket (TRACI) No I didn't but I did have 2 pieces of bad chicken.....I am not loosing and it is my fault...not working out, not watching what i am eating, being stressed, and BLAH!!!! frankthefrowner Hi....if you go back through some of the post, allot of people have given some pretty good links to bikes that would be awesome for you. I started at 335, so I know what you mean and trying to get one afforadable, that is also good and made well, can be overwhelming. I did not eat but just a little bite of the mac. and I put all the meat back from the breast...so I basiclly ate a leg. went to the lbs today to drop my bike off. I rode a Trek road bike....(2200) wasnt thrilled. The frame was too big for one thing, and it just felt...ODD. Looking at the Pilot, but he didnt have any in yet. MAy be taking a trip to some other shops, to check others out. Really want to buy from him becuase he is close to home and a super nice guy..BUT HE DONT GO ON RIDES WITH ME...so needing to make sure I find one that I like and enjoy riding... So many choices and things to consider.... well, I am off to bed... Nite everyone
