b...you give allot of excellent advice on biking and gearing up for bigger rides. i know when I started out, it was about going just one extra mile, or increasing the speed just a little. The most I have done is till the 41 mile ride, but it was a huge accomplishment for me at my current weight and skill level. Tx..Good luck on looking for your bike...I am looking to upgrade to a road bike...I am going back and forth bettween 2...but am staying out of the shops until I have cash in hand...LOL hello to all

Hi D....I am in Florida still and taking a break from classes that get really loooonnnngggggggggggg I swam last night...how I wish I could swim at home...I lve it. I also rode the exercise bike, on cold muscles.....not a good idea.....LOL But, I still rode for a bit. Kinda dissapointed I didnt get to ride here...but, the weekend at home is supposed to be cool, and goregous..wooohooooo. Well, hope your day is going good...enjoy your time off.

BG.....great shirt!!!! that would be awesome for JC..too funny!!!! Welcome Steph....I also ride a hybrid...I started out with a Schwinn, and upgraded to a Trek Hybrid. I have had it since July, and am looking at a road bike now. If you can afford it, look seriously at one. I spent over 400 on my hybrid, and should of put some more with it and got the road bike. I ride allot on the weekends, but have been so busy the last few weeks I am only getting it in on weekends. I had my surgery the end of May, and also have the VG 10c band. I am at 6 or 7 cc nw....Still can eat a whole steak??? Oh well....it is weird the stuff that I cant Welcome again...... Hi everyone else....

Ok.....lng story short...the one place that I found is only open on Monday and fridays over the winter months..guess it is considered winter here with 90 degree temps???? The other place wanted a 1200 deposit, and no bike rack......I would of been 30 some miles from where I needed to get to someplace safe. I am not giving up...there has got to be somewhere I can go.... there is a gym and pool here at hotel...went swimming last night....man I love that...... anyway..classes are good, miss having someone to hang out with though.....been lost more times than I can count....LOL

good morning everyone where is JC?????????? I sure do miss hearing from you. I cant wait to buy a pair of thongs...LOL I have a bit before that happens. I went swimming last night...and I had met a girl from NM...she went as well. It is something being able to swim at 9pm and it not be freezing. The hot tub was glorious. Have class this morning.....cant believe that today is a holiday, I am working and getting paid for the holiday...WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!

Hello everyone... Well....I am finally here in my room, and fed....I am now content...LOL I was so panicked about flying....I havent been on a plane in 12 years....so...yea...... I was really concearned about fitting....BUT......I fit, was buckled and comfy!!!! I was so excited....than the rude man in front of me decieded he wanted to invade my SPACE and reclined his freakin seat......oooooooI felt like he was going to lay in my freakn lap... The clouds and sky was goregous, and saw several rainbows coming into Orlando, as the sky was threatning rain... I than was shuttled to get my car.....oh ya...Traci got a convertable....didnt even ask.....yes!!!!! Of course it is a PT cruiser but........It is a convertable no matter how you look at it... So, I got lost(kinda) getting to the hotel, with the top down, jammin too music... It was great. Looks like it will be a fun week... Jc...glad you cant get to staci.....she might kick your butt.... I had surgery in May, and I see mine every 4 to 6 weeks. I usually am getting my adjustments than.

I am leaving for Florida on Sat, and yes computer is coming along with me...woohoooooo I found 2 bike rental places that rent road bikes and hybrid bikes. One is a raliegh and one is trek....looks like I am planning on trying them out..... No one from my work is going to the confrence, so I am at it alone. I will no some other people that are there for the show, but not real well. I am leaving all here and planning on enjoying myself..... never would dream I would be looking for bike rentals....LOL Also, we are looking into changing a room out in the house to an exercise room....looking to add some used equipment to get started and hopefully will save us money and include everyone at the house. My daughter got a job...WOOOHOOOOO!!!! So did my son......they have there own money now..... Have a good day everyone!!!
