YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN SMOKIN THE TREAD TODAY THAT IS FOR SURE. I hadnt checked it since 1040am, and there were 3 more pages...LOL Yea, J.....It was kinda awesome...I was a little uneasy about the fact it was a FX which they call a High Performance Hybrid...but he promised me that all it did was add the different style handelbars, and he told me If I wasnt comfortable on the road bike, I wouldnt ride it, and this is still a road bike, but just with the MB handelbars. So....... I cant wait....I am so excited...... My DH may actually be getting the Speciliazed....not sure..well, I have to get to bed... Nite everyone

OK!!!!!! Traci has a secret......!!!!!!!! No it isnt a body bug...but you all defiantly have me considering one sometime in the future. Ok....we went to the doctor today to get my fill. I will say I forgive my doctor right now because he had a hell of a time doing my fill today. I had to have 3 or 4 numbing shots(I lost count) and he kept slipping off my port, and it kept moving on him.....I am soooooo SORE tonight...but defitnatly can feel restrction.....Poor guy... Sooooo SInce I was in Indy, and my DH was with me....we stopped at a new bike shop..........test rode 2 bikes there made by specialized. Really liked one of them...the Sequioa. The lower end one....loved the handelbars...they were awesome on that bike......my DH even liked it for himself. Well, the guy offered a good deal on 2, and offered layway... took his number and card, and would call back if we decieded on it. Than ended up at the Bicycle Garage.....SUPER NICE SALES GUY....I was professionally fitted and it printed out a list of different bikes fit for me, etc..... He wanted to know why I was dead set on the Pilot, and we told him... So.....he had me get on a Road bike with him holding it, etc.....reaching for the gears, the brakes, asking how it felt.... Than he asked me to come over and take a look at a different one. I test rode it, and than ended up test riding one above that.....fell in love with it, and PUT IT IN LAYWAY... THE guy was super...we were there for 2 freakin hours...... I ended up with a Giant FX2. Now.....he told me he felt like this would be a better road bike transition than straight into a hunched over road bike. It has Mountain bike style handelbars but everything else is road bike..... It has toe clips for pedals(first time with that too) and I also ended up on a mens version.....Loved it..... I liked the Specialized road bike too...and it was a toss up bettween the 2...but I went with this one. It does not have some of the real "high end components" that some of the other ones have on it......but...... I hope I made the right choice.....this guy feels like I did, my DH does, and the guy does not wrk on comission, so it was all about what was best for me.... Well, I just wanted to share with everyone...I hope to get it sometime in the next month.....

wouldnt it be nice???? I have been stress eating all month. You know I think if i WOULD get sick, or stuck I would stop this nonsense....DAMN. But, oh well... I think it may be the weather??? D...Get your ass back in gear.......you look awesome....

well everyone....since the weather is nasty and the darkness is not cooperating...Traci has joined the gym. Did ok, took Leslee with me....and were going again tommorow. Got to kick start this weight loss. I have not lost anything this month. Stress is defiantly not on my side. Anyway...just wanted to share

Well, I finally joined our local gym tonight. I have been biking all summer, and am getting really frustrated because I can't get out as much for all the reasons you can think of. Weather, it getting dark too soon, and work schedule. So, I decieded I am not going to sit back all winter and gain my weight back, I have more too loose...so.... We did 10 min on treadmill, and 10 min on something that is a cross between a eleptcal and stair stepper??? And than did some weights. I enjoyed the weights the best.... I wish I could join the Y, but the closest one is over 4 min away...and this is not. So.....Thought I would share...

J...I can understand....I think if I would actually get sick, I would stop the nonsense.....I have gotten "stuck" and been uncomfortable, but only gotten sick one time since my surgery.... You can do it though...you are a very very strong person and have excellent willpower and a drive to goooooooo......Bring your chin back up and get going..... Now, if only I could have that here. My DH does not want me to join our local gym because "he" wont go. And our biking is slowing due to weather and daylight and being busy. So....a gym is my best option. I DONT want to not loose all winter just becuase of not exercising. I have to move or I dont loose. I also eat less and eat better when I am working out. So...I am kinda in a pickle so to speak. Steph.....Let us know when the deadline to sponser is...If I can wait until tax time, or after the first of the year I would be more than happy to help. Suzie.....I guess I didnt realize you were also getting a bodybugg....let us know how you like it OH...I took today off......I was in a mood, plus I have tons of things to do. aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

yea, I totally understand...I wish it would just melt off....but....it doesen't. I know what it takes, and I dont understand why I keep letting stress get the best of me.....it has to STOP!!! I would like to get to 250 by Thanksgiving.....and than work on the other 50 lbs between the end of November-April. So, when Spring biking starts I will be at 200...that would be awesome. My surgery was end of May...so I would beat the year mark as well..... Only I can make it happen though....I know it is possible......sometimes it is so easy to eat or drink my old ways, I forget how good it feels to look better, to feel better, and FEEL better. Well, I am off too bed...Have a great week ok....

Suzzie, It is frustrating isnt it??? I wish I had an open checkbook so I could just go and get one...LOL I have been dead set on a Trek, and than a Giant, and than a Specialized, ohhh and than there was a Fuji....That would been nice, it was a great deal, but it was too small. So, I feel the pain. How is your weight loss going?? Mine has stahlled. My fault...less exercise, bad food and drink choices.....stress eating...all of the stuff that was there before the lapband surgery, but is still there.....just becuase I have the band doesnt mean I dont have the same issues.....Wish there was a pill for that!!! LOl J..glad you had a nice time Saturday....it s always nice to get spoiled a little isnt it

Sorry you are having so much problems...that seems to be something I only had a few days of, and I am glad. I would defiantly take the advice of walking, but do so in the house, if you havent eaten and are weak, being outdoors would be dangerous. Just keep trying sips sips and more sips.......AND it should get better. If not, call your doctor on Monday... Good Luck:)

Mine was good I actually got to go and ride today some. We took our 13 year old and had a leisurly time of it. It has been a nice fall day... Did you get your bodybug?

I wear New balance shoes, but there are some others out there as well. the only thing about NB is that the insoles seems to wear out and I end up putting new ones in. I heard allot just autmoaticlly change there insoles when they get new one. Good luck and enjoy the weather

I want to be independtly wealthy and be able to travel all over the world and seeing diffrent places. Not have to be predictable and go to work every day, yet have the money to enjoy my life...
