woohooo manatee!!! What a wonderful NSV!!!!

I am getting ready to come on my 6 month mark as well.....I agree with everyone who has posted.....We are going to KICK SOME BOOTY the rest of the year and get to our goals...... I feel so much better, and confident, and energized......I finally have a good restriction, and know my limits, and eat better, and not as much. I like the fact that clothes look better, and i can buy normal plus size without breaking the bank and ordering from the SUPER SIZE stores... I am so happy I am BANDED!

You know, I just realized I am coming upon my 6 month anniversery of having my band too. Wow.....how I have changed. mentally, physically, and it just amazes me that i get upset with myself if I cant work in my exercise. (which I have been the last 2 weeks) I love the fact that I have this new energy, that YES I can wear a pair of ZIP jeans, and Hoodies....(Havent done that in years) I am finally in the 250's, and moving down.....I want to make it to wear I go into the new year and be healthy, energized, and ready to live the next 20 years as a healthy adult. YES, I turn 40 in Jan!!! So....Here is to all of us Amazing May Bandsters!!!!! Keep up the good work everyone....

Step...Your evening gown picture of you is very pretty......You look amazing. I went and looked at your other photo album as well..YOu have changed allot over the past year and a half. The Grand Canyon looked wonderful. I am also realizing we have children around the same age. My daughter graduated this past May as well. Well, she graduated early but she is almost 19 now. I am glad you had a good time....Also...LOVE THE DOG AND CAT PICTURES....YOUR CAT IS AMAZING LOOKING.....

yea I know....I cant afford that either. Heck, my bike I have in layway wasnt too expensive, but it is still in layway because I dont have the money yet to get it...LOL I am sick of BILLS>>> I think the organized one would be great, but.....not this time.....I still need to build myself up for 5 straight days of riding....man......that wold be amazing. I totally think the book would be neat.... What kind of bike do you think you want to get?? I guess I am going to keep my Hybrid bike. Maybe use it on shorter rides and all. Need to start looking for one for my husband...his is veryyyyy old.....LOL

Oh I know...I was looking at the past years journals and photos....It does look like you would need a mountain bike or a hybrid, as some of the terrain looks like gravel. I couldnt get over the amount of food that the organized ride had...I bet it is at least 1000 bucks for the week.....but man it would be a blast...even if you did it without being on the organized ride, and did your own thing...which would be fun too. I defiantly want to get that book. YOU NEED TO GET A BIKE>

Suzzie, I went to that web site, and it looks like a blast. You could plan that trip so many different ways. From staying at a BB to camping. I like that the towns are all 10-15 miles apart, which allows for some interesting stops. I am going to check at the library to see if they have that book. I may just buy it. You know, there are allot of neat trips you can plan that include your bike and or hiking.....wow.... Thanks for that link...

Oh, and the SS thing.... I like vanilla candles, and anything biking. I also love dogs, and love the outdoors. I am really easy. I think there are some on here who have not given any ideas yet...UMMMMMM...HELLO!!!!!!

It is always nice to pop in and see a reminder of what we are supposed to be doing, and things we have said along this process. J....Way to go for being our cheerleader. D........Just DO IT!!!!! I am sorry to say that I have put in 24.50 hours of OT this week, so exercise did not happen at all. I am going to try and scehdule it for next week. If not it wont happen. Hello to all!!!!!

good morning everyone... havent really posted this week...I am going to be at 55 hours at the end of the day today.......I AM TIRED!!! Work is still....here.....looks like the holiday week is going to be spent at work....YEA:( Diet seems to be ok, not getting home until late does not allow for HUGE meals...which is a good thing. I am going to try and hit the gym next week and arrange my times a little better. Not doing any activity at all this week.... It is 24 freakin degrees here this morning....BRRRRRR Hope evreyone has a wonderful day

J...my OT starts this week after the holiday on Monday and will go until end of December. So....I am enjoying not working this weekend, knowing it is a short lived break.
