We took these before we left for the party... I won a movie package that had a dvd player in it and several movies with candy and popcorn..basiclly a movie theme...pretty cool I also was recognized for outstanding service to the company!!! I was impressed....LOL Anyway....we even had profes pictures taken tonight...will get them back friday...

D....We have the rest of our new lifes too work on getting to that size 12 jean. We wasted so much time eating and getting fat, and not caring that we were in a size 24, 26, 28, 30.........Now we care, and it doesen't come off like we want.....UGHHHH!!! Hang in there, I know we all will get to where we are happy at, and just think.....2 1/2 months to get to Spring weather...which means BIKING!!!!!!!!

Good Morning to everyone.... You know I am so happy that every morning I wake up seems to have 1 more pound gone....Not sure what I am doing, but I WILL TAKE THAT!!! This fill this past month has really helped with my portion control. It is amazing how much I use to allow myself to eat, because I could....I went back and looked at my before pictures yesterday and was in awe.... SUE11....My daughter and I joined the gym as well since my cycling has slowed becuase of the wonderful winter....I am at a total loss of a routine of knowing what to do when I am there...I mean yes , I know treadmill, eliptical, but when it comes to the weights?? NO CLUE....Any help of suggestions?????

D..do you realize if you loose 10 pounds this month you will be at 216????? If I loose 10 pounds I will be UNDER 250....??? I think I have proven to myself just how important it is to keep ahead of the band and stay on my feet. Motivation and accountability to myself is more important now than ever before. I sure do miss the warm days and being able to go out for a ride. I am looking at getting some warm layering clothes so I can still enjoy the outdoors even if it is cold. Hope everyone is not out spending money on Black friday...HAHA I ended up not working any more Overtime for today, and stayed home. I am working Sat, but.....I got to sleep in 2 days in a row...and I am ready to go now....

okay everyone....I had a NSV today!!!! Last month I had a pair of jeans I had bought..they were my very first button jeans bought in years. They were a size 24. I wore them to the doctor and we went and test rode bikes. I ripped them when they got caught in the derrailler. So, I went to the store to get a new pair, and they didnt have a size 24, but had a size 22. Well, I ended up buying them knowing they would not fit. I had tried them on a few times this past month, and did not fit. TODAY LADIES AND GENTS....THEY NOT ONLY FIT BUT ARE COMFY!!!!!! YES, 6 MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE GONE FROM A SIZE 30/32 TO A SIZE 22.... WOOHOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE THE FRIENDS AND SUPPORT AND THE DESIRE TO CONTINUE TO LOOSE. THE BAND HAS GIVEN ME A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON MY LIFE, AND I CANT WAIT UNTIL EVEN THESE GET TOO BIG. THANKS FOR LETTING ME SHARE THE MESSAGE BOARD WITH YOU TO SHARE THIS NEWS __________________

I am getting to the point where I dont like the elastic waist ones becuase they are so baggy.......WOW...BAGGY!!!!
