I am a 31 years old married mother of 3. I was sleeved on October 28, 2010. My starting weight was 285 and on surgery day I was 274. 5 weeks out from surgery I weight 246.

I have been a "big girl" all my life. I have never in my adult or even teen life shopped in a "regular" size clothing store. I chose to get the sleeve, because I am truly ready to live. I want to know what it feels like to be a "normal" size. To fit in small spaces with ease, for example, airplanes, roller coaters, the tiny waiting room seats. I don't want to ever have to look at a weight restriction again!

My goal is to loose at least 100lbs. I have dreamed for many years to be 180lbs. Once I reach 180lbs, I may try to go down to 160lbs, which would be a health weight since I have 5'7.

All in all, I am here to keep motivated and learn/help others.
