I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and could offer some advise
I lost 31 lbs since Oct 29, 2010
For the last 8 days I have stayed the same weight
I am eating correctly
exercising everyday somewhere from 1 hour to 3 hours (lots of walking, some weight traiing, yoga, boxing)
I do not know what to do to see some movement again on the weight loss scale.
HELP
