Omg! I Don't Like Greek Yogurt...
Feeling Free replied to MsThickSlimSexy's topic in Food and Nutrition
Krogers has Carbmaster yogurt. 60 - 80 cal, 8 - 12 proteins and only 4 carbs. I add 1/4 cup to greek for taste or I add Torini syrups or Slenda. -
Thanks for sharing! Great video.

I went out to Wally's World (walmart) and got a new bra. I didn't want to pay a lot of money for it especially since I expect I'll need a new size soon. So, I purchased a 38B and it has a small band made of lace, maybe 1 inch in width. So anyway I am wearing the new bra and have it attached to the second or middle row (NSV 1) and it's lying flat against my back(NSV 2). It hasn't rolled into any creases or it isn't digging into my back, it's just lying flat. My back fat rolls are GONE!!!! All of my other bras have wide 2 1/2 inch or wider bands to cover fat rolls. This is awesome because I am always conscious of how my shirts look from the back. I have broad shoulders and that plus back fat rolls is not a good look on me. Now the empty space in the cups is a another story. Loving my sleeve!

Good for you! I don't blame you. I dance at home in the mirror every night before my shower. I put the radio on a hip hop station and I do some of the moves I learned from Hip Hop abs and Zumba. My waist has started cinching in.

I use Dr. Graf's products. I've been using the her face products for a year now and I read on here that lotions and creams with collagen is good for loose skin so I'm now using the collagen creams too.

I'm almost three months out too and I too have the same problems. I've already decided I will have to get breast augmentation. As far as my butt goes, it's definitely flatter and I've been so busy concentrating on my thighs and arms that I've neglected it. I'm going to add more butt lift moves to my exercise regimen.

Well, I can't speak for others of course, but I use the dry brush technique and I also wet brush as well (in the shower). I found some body cream with hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed elastin in the top 5 ingredients and I use it twice a day on the areas. I also do 400 to 500 reps with the ole Thighmaster imitation everyday. (yes like the one Suzanne Sommers endorsed) I must say that my skin has/is tightening. I must also say that I don't know if it's because my skin was going to tightening anyway. If nothing else, the cream does keep the area moisturized. When I started loosing, my thighs looked horrible, I mean they were so bad that I didn't let my husband see me without my thighs being covered. They were bad, cellulite, fat pads almost like a "butt" but in the front...but since I started brushing, using the creams, and doing the reps with the thighmaster they look much better. The skin is shrinking along with the fat. Even the cellulite seems to be diminishing as well. I was just saying I think that by the end of next month the area should be normal looking. There are videos on youtube about dry brushing and I get the cream from hsn dot com in case you wanted to know. I received a gift card for amazon dot com and used it to buy the thighmaster- imitation. It was a good buy. I'm not one to tell folks to run out and buy stuff because what works for some may not work for others.

Working Full Time At A Desk Job And Looking For Simple Exercises
Feeling Free replied to dithdith26's topic in Fitness & Exercise
I purchased a Spin Gym from HSN dot com and I use it to tone my upper body and it does work. You can use free weights of course or whatever you have available (bottled water, a band etc) to do arm toning. As far as my thighs, I stand next to my chair and do leg lifts, squats and lunges. -

How Long Did Your First Stall Last :(
Feeling Free replied to Curvy Girl's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
My first stall lasted for 3 weeks and that included my TOM. It did not go up at all and before surgery I would gain 4 or 5 pounds during my TOM. -
I too was originally going to get the band but after doing research and watching videos on youtube about how the stomach tissue grows over the band and how the stomach deteriorates under the band, I quickly changed my mind. Also, the long term results were not good in the cases I have seen. I do know of some people that have been successful with the band though but they are exercise FANATICS because by their own admission if they weren't they would gain again.
