I think mine is 3 days of PTO time before my short term kicks in. I don't think they pay at 100% just like 80% or something. I'm just crossing my fingers that I can go that route so I won't have to take time off unpaid and I am able to take enough time off to heal. Thanks for all the help. AKA ~ Diamond-n-the-rough
