Muscle milk, I should be their spokes woman It is so good and filling .It tastes so much better than all that other protein stuff. Pb choc and banana cream are my faves.One for bf and one for lunch gives you about 50- 60 mg's of protein. good luck. -

I use Muscle Milk . It tastes much better and It has fat burner in it also. My fave is banana cream and Pb Choc. good luck. -
4th day post-op Gas pain, its very bad

i prefer the gas ex chewables, they are stronger than the strips. i tried both after i was first banded, and chewables are better. I know what you mean though, those gas pains were rough. -
i have just recently been banded and have 2 overweight co workers, who make comments like i took the easy way out,they'll get big ice cream cones and come back to eat them in front of me,just little comments and gestures like that. my family is 100% supportive and happy for me.

i was banded on the 18th of may.i am having constant hunger pangs in my stomach. I am doing my liquids but am not getting a full belly,just a fullness in my esophogus & throat. what is the deal here? i'm beginning to wonder if they even put a band on me. -
oh my goodness,why did i not get warned about the horrible pain from the incisions and the horrific gas pains? this is much worse than i ever thought it would be.i'm walking,turning onto my sides,drinking my water taking pepcid,which i don't feel is working for my gas.I will buy liquid gas -x tomorrow to try. I'm getting down on all fours now so we'll see.:omg:

i agree with you i cannot lose the 10 lbs either. i just can't make myself yet. my surgery is set up for may 18. i act like everything i put in my mouth is the last supper so i gotta get my fill of all the foods i'm going to give up. i go this tues. for pre op, so i'm scared she's going to say lose 20 lbs, or say i'm not ready and postpone it. really i am ready, but if i can eat,i'm gonna eat.if i'm throwing up i won't eat. -
