Did you have to go on an all liquid diet for more then a week? I was talking with a lady that already ws banded by the doctor I'm going to and she said hte hardest thing for her was a TWO WEEK LIQUID DIET. If I could do that for TWO WEEKS I wouldn't need the band! LOL

Hi, How is your pain? Are you taking pain medicine? I'm not banded yet - I'm going through the process, I have my first doctors appointment next Wednesday. Did you have any test done or just consultations with doctors? Just curious Thanks for any info Debi

Hi, I'm new to this site, just checking out what everyone has to say about the band. I went to the doctor last month and I just got a letter from my insurance company saying they'll pay 90 percent of my surgery! I have all my appointments already made but I'm still a little nervous. Anyone sorry they had it done?

I don't have a date yet but all my appointments will be finished on 05/10 - but that's if they don't require me to do further testing. I'd love to have the surgery before summer gets here. I've been reading so much on this web site - I just love it - so much information - so little time to read all of it!
