Hello. I have decided to have vsg surgery. My sister and brother had it and my brother is at goal weight already and my sister is 50% there. My 2 questions are 1) during the preop phase how long do you have to diet before naving the surgery? And secondly has anyone used adipex during the diet phase to help with the hunger until surgery? -

Adipex is a wonderful appetite suppressant that literally takes away your appetite and makes you feel really good and full of energy....You will definitely almost forget to eat!!! It actually contains a mild form of amphetamine. But I didnt get any side effects what so ever!!! and it worked for as long as i took it.....but when you stop the appetite comes back...
