Are you onto Protein shakes yet? I just moved to full liquids and feel like there are so many options now. I had split pea soup, pudding, cream of wheat, pureed cottage cheese, testing the waters with a shake that has Peanut Butter, banana, skim milk, and unflavored whey, when i went to cream soups, it offered so many varieties. I think eggs are 4 weeks with my doctor, but pureed. Hope that helps, take it slow you don't want to do anything that could make you intolerant of something you really like. I think you could do a bean soup by thinning it with skim milk, not positive. Do you have a dietitian? Mine has been incredibly helpful. I have called her a ton. Best of luck to you. You can do it!
