    I had my sleeve on Nov. 10th, my tummy hurts a little but not to much. It does hurt to drink water. I haven't drunk to much of anything and I'm so weak. What did you guys drink to get energy?

    Thanks you guys, its nice to know I`m not alone. Today seems like it will be a little better than yesterday. I had some protein shake this morning but got full fast and I had some broth this afternoon. I'm coming alone. Loosers bench get ready for US!

    I started my 2 week liquid diet yesterday & I think McDonalds fries are calling me . I know I can do it but it's so hard. I need motivation! What made you stick to the diet?
