What your going thru is normal, I was terrified, I have kids, family etc. but the surgery wasnt really that bad. i am a little over 5 weeks and havent regretted it for a minute. You can talk yourself out of the surgery and keep going on in life on the yo yo diets that we all have done-only to gain it all back + more. This works!! let me know if you want or need anymore info.

my surgery is schduled for oct. 28th... i am extremely nervous and excited as well.. i was going to do the lap band, but changed my mind last minute. did i make the right choice? does anyone out there have any advice for me.. i could really use some right about now. my family and friends have my back one hundred percent. however, i know in the back of their minds they are afraid and think that i should not have the surgery. in all honesty... i have never been so worried in my life... but also i have never wanted anything soooo bad.. im exteremely ready to stop hiding in the house and ready to live my life to the fullest... am i on the right path???
