I had my surgery with Dr. Spivak at ParkPlaza Hospital. They have no support group that is why I'm looking for fellow sleevers to meet and greet. -

I did not have that problem but I didn't have a hernia repair the same time. I hope things get better for you. -

I'm schedule to have my sleeve done on Oct 18. in Houston. I would like to hear from pre or post sleeve people. What doctor did they use? Becky

I believe your doctor will give you that information or you should call the office. I am having my surgery Oct. 18 and my doctor said I didn't have to do anything...he just asked me to lose 5 lbs before surgery. You know if you can't lose your weight before it seems funny for them to ask you to do all the pre-op dieting stuff. Becky

I hope things go well for you. Don't do like I did and postpone my surgery. I still have to pay for it but it would have been better to have it done at a younger age. Now I'm 51 deciding my body cannot take this any more.
