i also have no good solution for you. all I can say is that my husband was totally against me having surgery. I had to do it for me and for my life. 3 months later, he actually has said to me that it was the best thing for me to do as he can see that my life has been changed by this procedure. Calmly explain to her but ultimately do wwhat is in your best interest.

visit your doctor and get the reassurance that you need. it will be okay. nothing to worry about. your body needs the time to settle after such a big operation. cocoapod

relax and stop beating yourself. Now you are aware. do not make cupcakes for anyone anymore. Just buy it from the bakery and deliver them asap. I have the tendency also but I just keep away. When I take one piece of chocolate, I can eat the whole bar. So I try to stay away from it. I also write down my treats in advance so that I will not do more than I need to. I suggest you write down what you will allow yourself for the week. then that will allow you to stay in check. goodluck Annette

that is the same i keep saying. with the way I eat and exercise, there is no way it is not coming off. surgery date was the 25th of august. since then, I have been waking up at 5 to walk the dog for an hour and also going to the gym everyday. I feel great. As for eating, i do not think that i am eating well enough. i am planning to visit a nutritionist. do you attend a support...

But I keep telling myself.. with the way we now eat, the weight's gotta get off.. It is just common sense that it should drop.. When was your surgery date?
I am glad I am now feeling healthy.. I mean no getting sick when I eat.. whcih is a good thing. What has been your experience? I look forward to a good buddy..

I just turned 40 and was sleeved on the 25th of August in New Delhi, India. So far, I have lost 29 pounds so far. however i need some guidance and just someone to bounce ideas off. My biggest concern is that because I travelled to india to do the surgery, there is really no support coming from the hospital or the doctors for that matter. So I would have to rely on reading and others who have done this before me. waiting to hear from my new friends. thanks Annette
