I just reached my one month mark. I am also having trouble with protein. It seems I can eat a few bite of grilled chicken, maybe an ounce and I am full. My nutrition told me to get EAS protein powder and start putting it in yogurt and get it in my soy milk and so trying that. It is really hard still to get the calories in as they want me to. I have stopped losing, is it cause I am not getting enough calories in?
