I need a vitamin - and size matters......

I am 9 months out and have done well, and STILL use the Flintstone Chewables or the gummies. My surgeon said, If I needed to stay on them the rest of my life, to go ahead and do it!! By taking the Flintstones you can take them together or seperate. I wish you luck.

    September Sleevers Celebrate!

Charmer 123, I was sleeved on Sept 1. I feel pretty well, I am having a hard time getting all my liquids in. I have been active, between walking and running errands. I have had minimal pain but some discomfort. I had a pca machine with moriphin the first 24 hours and haven't used anything since. I am very grateful that I haven't had any pain. I too am not hungry at all, stomach or head yet!!! I hope that the gas situation ends for you soon. I know that was the biggest issue that I had many years ago from a gallbladder removal. Anxious to see how you feel in the coming days!! Best Wishes for a speedy recovery!!

    Psychological Evaluation

Rhonda, I too had to jump through many hoops for my insurance to cover the procedure. After jumping through all the hoops and many were the same that you mentioned, my surgeon submitted all the paperwork to the insurance company and they said we needed something else, once that was submitted I was approved. I went from approved to sleeved in less than 45 days. I am 4 days post-op and have had minimal pain, feel good and feel it was the best for me. Don't get discouraged by the insurance company, just make sure all the documentation is done and that you follow all the hoops and you will be approved. Best Wishes! Lisa

    September sleevers wanted!

Hi ! I am new to Vertical Sleeve Talk and I was sleeved on Sept 1. Had no complications, released from the hospital 2 days later. So far so good, trying really hard to get all the liquids in as I am not hungry at all. Looking forward to having friendly support in this new journey of my life.
