Friday the 24th will be week 5. Everything has been going well so far. My only problem is that I have to crush my medicine to get it down and trying to get in my water intake. I have only lost 32lbs so far but I know in time it is coming off. I glad your surgery went well. Cheers to you!

Hi, Ronnie! Yes, thankfully, my surgery went well. It took a long time for the anesthesia to wear off but I'd rather too much than too little! Still trying to get in all my protein & water but feeling good overall. When you get a chance send me a msg and let me know how you're doing. I hope all is well!

I crush my pills and eat it with a little bit of sugar free pudding. -
Today, is also my 14th day and I am also having the same problem. I have been sipping on Isopure protein drink 40gram of protein. It is probably not the best way to get protein but at least I am getting some protein. If you find something let me know? Good Luck!

Thanks Erika, I know you are so ready. It seemed to took a long time before my big day came, then all of a sudden it was here. I finally walked the gas off. Yeah! Everyday gets better and better. My prayers will go up for you on the 13th.

Hello everyone, This is my 4th day after surgery and everyday I am feeling better. However, I am having trouble releasing gas and that makes me feel miserable. Any suggestions? It was a long journey to get to this point but it was worth it. I live in a small town in southeast Texas, 30 minutes from the border of Louisiana. I hope to make many friends and supporters and in return support others. My number one question at this moment is should I be feeling hungry? Confused?
