you should be on acid blocker. stayaway from solids for at least two weeks.. after ward cottage cheese, blended beans is ok. take care of your stomach.. try unjury protien drinks i have order online to get them. they are good. -

what was your procedure for fighting for the sleeve. I have anthem blue cross and i am rolling my sleeves up for battle. Any ammo would be great.
