Am having trouble absorbing enough iron. MD has me on high doses but now added copper as well. Need to take the copper when I am not taking other minerals but I find the copper causes a lot of GI pain & often vomiting unless I have a stomach full of food. So I need to eat about 5 meals a day just to fit in the calcium, copper & zinc.
Anyone else have problems with copper? I have to take 2mg Copper Glycinate, twice a day with lots of food. Any other form of copper?
