Hi, and thank you for replying to my message. I started looking into weight loss surgery since about a yr ago, and started researching with US doctors, but the process here is soooo slow and I can't wait another 6 months with this weight and everything that's involved, so I started researching drs in Mexico and I came across Dr Alejandro Lopez and Dr Jacky Osuna. I just made my decision and I'm going to them! I'm having the vertical sleeve not the lap band, which i think its also a good choice but not for me:( I'm 254 lbs and only 5'high. Too much for me already.

You still have a lot to lose, but we did not gain all this weight in a few weeks, right??? I know my journey is just beginning and that it will take me maybe a year or maybe more to get to the weight I want (about 150 lbs), but I know that my health will be improving as I lose lb by lb.
